Nikli Upazila (Kishoreganj district) with an area of 214.40 sq km, is surrounded by Karimganj and Mithamain upazilas on the north, Bajitpur upazila on the south, Mithamain and Austagram upazilas on the east, Katiadi and Karimganj upazilas on the west.
Main rivers are Dhanu, Ghorautra, Boda, Narasunda,; depression 16; Bara Beel, Tegulia Beel, Nayanbali Beel and Raoar Beel are notable.
