Paikgachha Upazila (Khulna district) with an area of 411.19 sq km, is surrounded by Tala and Dumuria upazilas on the north,Koyra upazila on the south, Batiaghata and Dacope upazilas on the east, Tala and Assasuni upazilas on the west.
Main rivers are Kobadak, Shibsa, Vadra. The Haria, Deluchi, Harrakhali, Narai, Gangkhali, Katakhai and Karulia are small rivers.
