Palash Upazila (Narsindi district) with an area of 94.43 sq km, is surrounded by Shibpur and Kaliganj (Gazipur) on the north, Rupgonj and Narsingdi Sadar upazilas on the south, Shibpur and Narsingdi Sadar upazilas on the east and Kaliganj upazila (Gazipur) and Kapasia on the west.
Main river is Shitalakshya.
