Shah Mokhdum Thana (Rajshahi district) with an area of 34.97 sq km, is surrounded by Paba upazila on the north, east and west, Boalia thana on the south.
Shah Mokhdum (Town) The thana office is located at Paba Natunpara. Various establishments of the thana include BDR Camp, Postal Academy, Rajshahi Textile Mill, Physical Training Centre, Rajshahi Air Port, etc.
Administration Shah Mokhdum thana was established on 1 July 1992 taking parts from Boalia Thana and Paba upazila. It has only metropolitan police administration. About 50% area of the thana belongs to the urban area and rest to rural area. It consists of 25 mouzas and 2 wards. Of the mouzas 23 belonged to Paba upazila and 2 to Boalia upazila.
